Rates and Terms (all rates are equal for Russian and Ukrainian languages)
Interpreting Rates:
Full day: (more than 4 hours) $500.00 Half day: (up to 4 hours) $250.00 *A half-day session is defined as any portion of a consecutive four-hour period either: 1. A morning session, beginning no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and ending by 12:15 p.m; 2. An afternoon session, beginning no earlier than 1:00 p.m. and ending by 5:15 p.m. Weekend or evening rates: Please contact me for price quote Mileage: $0.37 per mile Driving time: $45.00 per hour Travel rate: Same as above plus airfare, ground transportation, lodging and per diem * Driving distance calculated using MapQuest (www.mapquest.com)
Translation Rates:
Option 1: $0.20 per target word with $50.00 minumum Option 2: $45.00 per hour Transcription rate: $45.00 per hour
Terms and Payment Methods:
Standard payment terms for interpreting and translation services are due in full upon delivery of translated materials or upon completion of interpreting session.
Payment terms of 15 to 30 days can be extended to large firms and corporations when needed
All government procurement and payment terms are accepted for services rendered to federal, state and local agencies
