Submitting translations
If you need to submit documents for translating they can be send via email (preferred) or fax. Documents submitted via email can be encrypted using PGP/GPG or password protected ZIP file. PGP/GPG encryption software (very strong encryption) can be found at www.gnupg.org. Winzip software used to create ZIP files can be found at www.winzip.com.
Documents submitted via email can be in any of the following electronic formats:
- .doc (Microsoft Word)
- .txt (standard text)
- .rtf (Rich Text Format)
- .html (Hypertext Markup Language)
- .pdf (Adobe Acrobat)
- .tif (Tag Image Format, scanned document)
